SCORE Des Moines Needs Your Financial Support

SCORE Des Moines serves the Greater Des Moines area small business community with free confidential counseling and low price business workshops. Perhaps you have benefited from these services or know someone who has. While SCORE Des Moines services are free or low cost to its clients, they are not cost-free for SCORE to provide.

SCORE is an all-volunteer organization. No volunteer receives compensation of any kind, and there are no paid employees. Even though there is no payroll, there are other expenses, and plenty of them! Rent, office supplies, computer and office equipment and maintenance, printing, marketing SCORE’s services, and postage, to mention only a few. And there are many more.

SCORE operating costs are partially funded by donations from its members; income from low-cost workshops; and contributions from organizations, businesses, and individuals that understand and support the benefits to the community that SCORE Des Moines provides.
